Technical requirements

  • The inverter must be of type ET* and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • The inverter's internet dongle must be the Wi-Fi/LAN Kit, Wi-Fi Kit, 4G Kit, Lan Box or Ezlink3000 version*, not the Wi-Fi Box version.

  • GoodWe inverters are only able to communicate with one device at a time. All other devices connected to the inverter, such as home automation systems, therefore must be disconnected.

  • Your PV system can have only one GoodWe inverter. If you have multiple GoodWe inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.

  • The inverter must be of type Hybrid G4, Hybrid G5, or Ultra* and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • The inverter's internet dongle must be of version WiFi 3.0 or WiFi+LAN 3.0, or higher*.

  • Solax inverters are only able to communicate with two devices at a time. Only one other device can therefore remain connected. This device must be set to read-only mode.

  • Your PV system can have only one Solax inverter. If you have multiple Solax inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.

  • The inverter must not be of the Color Control GX type*.

  • The inverter must be of the SUN2000 type* and must be connected to an internet network with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

  • The inverter's internet dongle must be the Smart Dongle WLAN-FE version*.

  • Huawei inverters are only able to communicate with one device at a time. All other devices connected to the inverter, such as home automation systems, therefore must be disconnected.

  • Your PV system can have only one Huawei inverter. If you have multiple Huawei inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.

  • The inverter must be from the IN.HYBRID series and of type COMPACT, COMPACT PRO, COMPACT S or ONE*, and it must be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • The inverter’s internet dongle must be at least WiFi 3.0 or WiFi+LAN 3.0*.

  • Dražice inverters are able to communicate with a maximum of 2 connected devices at the same time. Apart from the Delta Link, they can therefore communicate with only one additional device, which must be set to read-only mode.

  • Your PV system can have only one Dražice inverter. If you have multiple Dražice inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.

  • The inverter must be of type AS-ICH02-2* and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • The inverter’s internet dongle must be the same as for GoodWe inverters — i.e. Wi-Fi/LAN Kit, Wi-Fi Kit, 4G Kit, LAN Box or Ezlink3000*, not the Wi-Fi Box version.

  • AEG inverters are only able to communicate with one device at a time. All other devices connected to the inverter, such as home automation systems, must therefore be disconnected.

  • Your PV system can have only one AEG inverter. If you have multiple AEG inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.

  • The inverter must be of type 3K-6KTLM-G2, HYD3000-6000-EP, HYD 5-20KTL-3PH or 25K-50KTLX-G3* and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • The inverter's internet dongle must be the Stick Logger LSW-3*:

  • Stick Logger LSW-3 withUSB port is for inverter types 25K-50KTLX-G3, HYD 3000-6000-EP, HYD 5-20KTL3PH.

  • Stick Logger LSW-3 withRS-485 port is for inverter types 3K-6KTLM-G2, 25K-50KTLX-G3, HYD 3000-6000-EP, HYD 5-20KTL3PH.

  • Sofar Solar inverters are only able to communicate with one device at a time. All other devices connected to the inverter, such as home automation systems, therefore must be disconnected.

  • Your PV system can have only one Sofar Solar inverter. If you have multiple Sofar Solar inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.

  • The inverter must be of type 1PH 3000-6000TLM-V2, 1PH HYD 3000-6000 ZSS HP, 3PH HYD 5000-20000 ZSS or 3PH 25-50KTL-V3* and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • The inverter's internet dongle must be the ZCS Azzurro*:

  • ZSM-WIFI-USB is for inverter types 1PH HYD 3000-6000 ZSS HP, 3PH HYD 5000-20000 ZSS, 3PH 25KTL-50KTL-V3.

  • ZSM-WIFI-EXT is for inverter types 1PH 3000-6000-V2, 1PH HYD 3000-6000 ZSS HP, 3PH HYD 5000-20000 ZSS, 3PH 25KTL-50KTL-V3.

  • ZCS Azzurro inverters are only able to communicate with one device at a time. All other devices connected to the inverter, such as home automation systems, therefore must be disconnected.

  • Your PV system can have only one ZCS Azzurro inverter. If you have multiple ZCS Azzurro inverters, they can only be connected via Infigy automation.
